Requirements for a re-clean:
– Must be within your 7 days guarantee
– Exit report required for cleaners to return

Deluxe cleaning group team base the bond clean off a Real Estate checklist which ensure all areas are cleaned to standard.

Deluxe Cleaning Group require a $200.00 deposit to secure your booking (required at least 3 days
prior to your booked date. The remaining amount is due prior to 2:00pm of the service date.

Failure in payment results in no refund on deposit and clean is suspended.
